It is a freely consented agreement, by which a person – the principal – gives this power of attorney (prev. art. 2009 Civil Code) and whom he represents. Although it is in principle a free contract, the law does not prohibit the principal from being remunerated, if there is an express stipulation in this regard, as provided for in art. 2010 Civil Code.

Garnishment is a form of indirect enforcement by which monetary amounts, securities, or other seizable intangible movable assets owed to the debtor by a third party are capitalized. The creditor conditionally and temporarily subrogates the debtor’s rights in this process. Garnishment is initiated at the creditor’s request by a bailiff at the domicile or registered office of the debtor or the domicile or registered office of the garnishee.

Mediation is an alternative form of dispute resolution between two or more parties who wish to reach an agreement, with the help of a third person, specialized as a mediator. Disputes can involve (from the perspective of the parties) states, organizations, communities, individuals.
